1 green chilli
1 large onion
Sprig fresh coriander leaves 1 clove garlic
1 lb. minced lean lamb or beef
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
½ teaspoon ground cumin seeds
2 teaspoons ground almonds ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 egg
Salt to taste
How to make Skewered Grilled Minced Meat (Gol Seekh Kabab)
METHOD:
Finely mince the chilli, onion and coriander leaves; crush garlic.
Mix with the meat and add all other ingredients.
Mould into long sausage shapes and thread lengthwise on to skewers.
Cook under the grill.
Brush occasionally with oil and cook till done.
Serve with plain boiled rice and onion slices.
Note: Preparation time 10 minutes, Cooking time 15 minutes, To serve 4
