کینو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 عدد
لال سیب۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 عدد
چاول۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 300 گرام
پارسلے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 کھانے کے چمچے
ہری پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 عدد
انڈے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 3 عدد
تیل ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔4/1 کپ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسبِ ذائقہ
لہسن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 جوے

ترکیب:

پہلے 300 گرام چاولوں کو اُبال لیں۔ اب 2 کھانے کے چمچے پارسلے اور 2 عدد ہری پیاز کو کاٹ لیں۔ ایک پیالی میں 3 عدد انڈوں کو اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں۔ اب 2 عدد کینو کو چھیل کر ان کا گودا نکال لیں اور 2 عدد لال سیب کو چھیل کر انہیں چھوٹا چھوٹا کاٹ لیں۔ پھر پین میں 4/1 کپ تیل گرم کرکے 2 جوے باریک کٹے لہسن کے جوے لال کرلیں۔ اسکے بعد ان میں پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے شامل کرکے بھون لیں۔

پھر 2 عدد ہری پیاز، پارسلے اور سیب شامل کردیں۔ اب حسبِ ذائقہ نمک اور کینو کا گودا ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور
آنچ تیز کرکے کچھ دیر تک مکس کریں۔ تاکہ انڈے چاول اور سبزی سب ایک جان ہوجائیں۔مزیدار اورنج رائس تیار ہے۔
