Ingredients

1) Oil_gid18'>Oil 3 tsp
2) Garlic_gid588'>Garlic chopped
3) Red chilli Copped
4) Minced Chicken 180 gms
5) Hot Basil leaves 40 gms
6) Red chillies slIced 30 gms
7) Spring onion 30 gms
8) STeamed jasmine rIce 1 cup
9) Oyster, dark soy and light Soy sauces 1 tsp each
10) Sugar_gid24'>Sugar and pepper powder for flavour

How to make Thai Fried Rice with Chicken and Basil Leaves

METHOD:

1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and chopped chilli.
3. Saute till fragrant.
4. Add mince chicken and toss together till chicken is cooked.
5. Add all the seasonings, slice red chilli and basil.
6. Mix well. Add rice and toss again.
7. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion and sliced fresh cucumber.
8. Serve with fried egg, chopped bird chilli and fish sauce on the side.
