پیاز کا پیسٹ بنا کر اسے پین میں ڈال کر اس کا پانی ڈرائی کر لیں۔جب پانی ڈرائی ہوجائے تو 2/1کپ تیل ڈال کر اس میں ہری مرچ ، لہسن ادرک ڈال کر بھون لیں اور جب لائیٹ گولڈن ہوجائے تو نمک ، ہلدی، زیرہ، دھنیا، گرم مصالحہ مرچی ڈال کر بھونیں پھر دہی پھینٹ کر شامل کریں اور آلو ڈال کر بھونیںپھر پانی ڈال دیں تاکہ آلو گل جائیں۔پھر اس میں اُبلے ہوئے انڈے کٹ کرکے ڈالیں ، ہر ا دھنیا ڈال کر پانچ منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر دم دے دیں۔
