انڈا-------------- 2-3عدد
باریک چینی------------- 30گرام
بیکنگ سوڈا-------- 1چٹکی
پانی------------------- ڈیڑھ کپ
دودھ-------------- ایک کپ
نمک---------------- ایک چٹکی

ترکیب:

کھجوروں کو گرم پانی میں ڈالیں اور اس میں بیکنگ سوڈا شامل کرلیں۔
20-25منٹ چھوڑ دیں۔
میدہ نمک اور مکھن کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں تاکہ بریڈ کرمبز کی شکل آجائے اور اس میں چینی بھی شامل کردین۔
انڈا اور دودھ پھینٹ لیں اور اس میں بھیگی کھجوریں ہاتھ سے مسل کر شامل کرلیں۔
میدہ نمک اور مکھن کا مکسچر بھی ملا لیں اخروٹ بھی ڈال دیں۔
