اجزاء:
سرمئی مچھلی-------------------------- (فلے) ایک کلو
چاول کا پانی------------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
چاول کا آٹا------------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
بیسن---------------------- (چھنا ہوا) ایک پیالی
بھُنا اور پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ-------------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ------------------------ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسا ہوا گرم مصالحہ----------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
اجوائن-------------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی-------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں---------------------- 6عدد
نمک------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل---------------- تلنے کے لئے

ترکیب:
دیگچی میں چاول کا پانی، ہلدی اور 2لیموں کا رس ڈال کر ابالیں۔ اس میں مچھلی کے ٹکڑے ڈالیں اور 2منٹ کے بعد پلیٹ میں نکالی لیں۔ایک پیالے میں بیسن ، چاول آٹا ، لال مرچ ، گرم مصالحہ، اجوائن، زیرہ اور نمک ڈالیں اور تھوڑا سا پانی ملا کر گاڑھا آمیزہ بنالیںاس میں باقی لیموں نچوڑیں اور چھلکے محفوظ کرلیں۔ چھلکوں کی مدد سے مصالحہ مچھلی کے ٹکڑوں پر لگا کر ایک گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ توے پر ہلکا سا تیل گرم کریں اور مچھلی کے ٹکڑے اس پر دونوں جانب سے سینک کر نکال لیں۔اسے تھوڑی دیر کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور مچھلی کے ٹکڑے سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔

I love seafood so much and looking for some desi recipe for seafood. Found out Lahori fish recipe here. It was amazing and delicious. I served it with green chutney and salad leaves. I also made hot and sour soup with it. Its very nice in the winter season.

I watched this recipe o the tv as well. it gave a nice different Lahori flavor to my fish. I just added an egg in the coating of this fish and it really gave a good result. Made the fish more crunchy and a nice texture as well. You can also add spices according to your taste.
