ترکیب:

سرکہ میں نمک، کٹی لال مرچ ، ہلدی،چاٹ مصالحہ، زیرہ،دھنیااور اجوائن موٹا موٹا کوٹ کر ملا لیجئے۔ساتھ میں لہسن ادرک کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ مکس کریں مچھلی پر یہ مصالحہ لگا کر 2/1کے لئے ریسٹ دیں۔ میدے میں کارن فلور، نمک باقی کا ثابت زیرہ ، دھنیا، کٹی لال مرچ، ہلدی ، چاٹ مصالحہ ڈال کر پانی ڈال کر پیسٹ بنا لیں۔ اب مچھلی کو سوکھے میدے میں رول کرکے میدے والے پیسٹ میں رول کریں اور خوب گرم تیل میں فرائی کریں۔چاٹ مصالحہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔
