1. سرمئی یا رہو مچھلی_____ 2 کلو
2. بیسن 2_____ پیالی
3. لال کُٹی مرچ_____ 2 کھانے کے چمچ
4. سفید بھنا پسا زیرہ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ
5. اجوائن_____ 1 چائے کا چمچ
6. گرم مصالحہ_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ
7. لیموں_____ 8 عدد
8. چاول کا آٹآ_____ 4 کھانے کے چمچ
9. ہلدی_____ 2 چائے کے چمچ
10. نمک_____ حسب ذائقہ
11. چاول کا پانی_____ حسب ضرورت
12. تیل_____ 2 کپ

ترکیب:

• مچھلی کو اچھی طرح صاف کروا کر ٹکڑے کروا لیں اجوائن لگا کر تھوڑی دیر رکھنے کے بعد آٹے سے اچھی طرح دھو لیں کسی دیگچی میں 2 کھانے کے چمچ چاول 6 کپ پانی میں ابال لیں جب چاول اچھی طرح اُبل جائیں تو پانی چھان کر رکھ لیں
• اب سب سے پہلے اس پانی میں ہلدی اور چھ لیموؤں کا رس ملا کر رکھ لیں ایک دوسرے باؤل میں بیسن میں اجوائن لال مرچ نمک چاول کا آٹا گرم مصالحہ اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں
• اب ایک ایک ٹکڑے کو چاول کے پانی میں ڈبو کر نکال لیں پھر اس پر لیموں آدھے لیموں کے ساتھ بیسن کا پیسٹ لگائیں اس طرح بیسن اور لیموں کا رس اندر تک رچ جائے گا سب ٹکڑوں کو لگا کر 1 گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں پھر کڑاہی می تیل ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں
• جب گولڈن براؤن ہو جائیں تو نکال کر پیش کریں
