ہرا دھنیا---------- 2گڈی
ہری مرچیں----------- 8عدد
لہسن---------- (بغیر چھلے) 6جوے
چکن--------------- کیوب ایک عدد
بھنا اور پسا ہوا سفید زیرہ---------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ------------ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پیاز------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 3عدد
نمک------------ حسب ِ ذائقہ
مکھن------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے
تیل----------------- 2/1پیالی
ہری مرچیں،ہرا دھنیا (باریک کٹا ہوا) چھڑکنے کے لئے

ترکیب:
دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں اور پیاز تل کر نکا ل لیں۔بلینڈر میں ہرا دھنیا، ہری مرچیں اور لہسن یکجان کرکے دیگچی میں شامل کریں، اس میں چکن کیوب، زیرہ کالی مرچ اور نمک ملا کر بھونیں، فرائنگ پین میں انڈے ہلکے سے تل کر دیگچی میں شامل کریں۔ چند منٹ پکائیں اور مکھن ڈال کر دَم پر رکھ دیں۔ ڈش میں نکالیں، اس پر تلی ہوئی پیاز ، ہری مرچیں اور ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔

• Hari mirchain ….8 adad
• Lehson (baghair chily) …..6 joy
• Chiken ……..cubes 1 adad
• Bhuna aur pisa hua sufaid zeera ………1 Tea spoon
• Kati hui kali mirch ……..1 Tea spoon
• Payaz (bareek) ……..3 dad
• Nemak ……as tast
• Mukhan ……2 table spoon
• Tail ……..1/2 cup
• Hari mirch , hara dhanya (bareek kata hua) ….chirakny k liay

Banane ki tarkeeb


• Degchi main tail garam krain aur payaz tal kr nikal lain.
• Blander main hara dhanya , hari mirchain aur lehson yakjan kr ky degchi main shamil krain.
• Is main chiken cubes , zeera , kali mirch aur nemak mila kr bhony.
• Fring pan mian andy halky se talk r degchi main shamil krain.
• Chand mints pakain aur makhan dal kr dam per rakh dain.
• Dish mian nikalain is per tali hui payaz , hari mirchain aur hara dhanya chirak kr paish krain.

This is very good food to enjoy in lunch at home. My husband likes egg foods especially anda aloo, anda ghotala. And this seems to be a nice egg food so i will make it also for my husband. i hope he will like it.

Eggs is my favorite food , I always look multiple ways to cook eggs , I have made egg khagina, egg ghutala, and anda pyaz recipes. Now I will cook this green spice eggs and hope it will give another awesome food to me.
