½ kg potatoes
250 grams tomatoes
6 green chilies
½ bunch coriander
½ cup oil
½ cup tamarind paste
1 tsp crushed red chili powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric
How to make Spicy Potatoes


Cut potato slices lengthwise. Soak in water with ½ tsp salt.

Place on a sieve, and allow excess water to drain away.

Fry potato slices and keep aside. In the same oil, sauté 250 grams tomatoes, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili flakes, ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tbsp garlic and sauté.

Then add potatoes, ½ cup tamarind juice nd 6 green chilies and allow simmering.

Sprinkle ½ bunch coriander and 1 tsp chaat masala and serve.
