2. لیموں کا رس_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
3. نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
4. کٹی کالی مرچ_____ 1کھانے کا چمچv ادرک 5گرام
5. ہری مرچیں_____ 10گرام
6. ٹماٹر_____ 4عدد
7. لہسن_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
8. کھانے کا تیل_____ آدھ کپ

ترکیب:

• ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے اس میں لہسن ڈال کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک پکائیں۔
اب اس میں چکن، ٹماٹر، ڈالیں اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر ہلکی آنچ پر پانچ سے سات منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
