How to make Sabziyon Ki Kadhi
METHOD:
• Beat together 3 tbsp gram flour and 1 cup yogurt. Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tbsp red chili. Turmeric and 4 cups water in a pan. Drain it and keep it to boil..
• Add in oil in the pan and add in curry leaves, green chilies and 2 tbsp white vinegar and some salt. Stir it with the wooden spoon.
• Add in chopped green coriander and, green conion, potatoes, peas, green beans, cauliflower. Cook it on a low flame.
• For Bagar: take some oil and add in garlic cloves, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, red chili, coriander seeds and cumin. Add the bagar in the pan and add in kadhi.
• Serve with plain rice.
