Jazaa Economy R Ice 1- ½ cups
Bringal (cut in small pieces) or Cauliflower 1-cup
Potatoes / Peas1-cup each
Onions (chopped)3
Coriander (chopped) / Tomatoes (ground) ½ -cup each
Coriander seeds (ground)1-tbsp
Kalonji¼- tsp
Salt1- ½ tsp
Haldi1-tsp
TO BE GROUNDED INTO A PASTE
Fresh Coconut (grated)4-tbsp
Chilies (green)6
Ginger ½ -piece
Garlic 2-tbsp
Oil ½ -cup

How to make Rice Handi Hot-Pot

METHOD:

Fry onions light brown in handi, remove half, add paste and fry. Add tomatoes, coriander, turmeric, salt & fry. Add potatoes, peas and fry for 3 minutes after that add Jazaa Economy Rice stir and add water or stock, cover and cook until vegetables and rice get soft add remaining onions and coriander.
