2 medium size potatoes,red chili powder 2 table spoon,1 table spoon salt
,1 to2 green chilies,haea dhaniya 2 to 3 table spoon, 1 egg, and corn flour as requried,oil for fring.
METHOD:
Boil potatoes when the potatoes are boiled peel there skin than mash potatoes after the potatoes are boiled pour all the ingredients in it and mix them and make a dough than make kababs them in a bowl pour the egg and beat it dip the kababs in egg and than in the corn flourand cover the kabas with the bothe things and than fry tham your kababs your kababs are ready.
