دودھ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین پیالی

فریش کریم۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک پیالی
چھوٹی الائچی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین سے چار عدد
بادام،پستے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب پسند
گھی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

الائچی کے دانے نکال کر پیس لیں،بادام،پستوں کو چھیل کر کاٹ لیں۔
دودھ کو ابلنے رکھیں اور ابال آنے پر چینی،الائچی اور بادم پستے شامل کر کے دس سے پندرہ منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکالیں اور چولہے سے اتار کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں۔
فریش کریم کو صاف خشک پیالے میں نکال کر اس میں دو کھانے کے چمچ چینی ڈال دیں اور دس سے پندرہ منٹ فریزر میں رکھ کر ٹھنڈا کر لیں پھر الیکٹرک بیٹر کی مدد سے پھینٹیں اور گاڑھا ہونے پر فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
انڈؤں کو ایک پیالے میں نکال کر پھینٹیں اور اس میں تیار شدہ چینی ملا دودھ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملالیں۔
اوون کو ایک سو اسی ڈگری پر پندرہمنٹ پہلے گرم کر لیں شیشیے کی اوون پروف ڈش میں برش کی مدد سے گھی لگائیں اور اس میں پھینی کو پھلا کر ڈال دیں۔
