سانتھ پیسٹ کے لئے:
میدہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچ
گھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
انڈے کی سفیدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک عدد

ترکیب:

سانتھ پیسٹ بنانے کے لئے:

میدہ میں گھی اور انڈے کی سفیدی کو اچھی طرح مکس کر کے سانتھ پیسٹ بنائیں۔
میدہ کو نمک،گھی اور نیم گرم پانی کے ساتھ گوندھ لیں۔
اس کے بعد آٹے کو ایک گھنٹے کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔
اب آٹے کے چھوٹے چھوٹے بالز بنائیں اور ہاتھوں کی مدد سے چپٹا کر لیں۔
پھر اس میں سانتھ پیسٹ لگا کر دوبارہ بالز بنائیں۔
اوپر سے گھی لگائیں اور کپڑے سے ڈھک کر آدھا گھنٹہ رکھیں
آخر میںپراٹھے کی طرح بیل لیں اور توے پر گھی کے ساتھ فرائی کرلیں۔
پراٹھے تیار ہیں۔
