چنے کی دال پراٹھے

اجزاء:
چنے کی دال ----- دو کپ (بچی ہوئی)
میدہ ----- چار کپ
پانی ----- دو کپ
نمک ------ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ----- حسب ضرورت
چنے کی دال کو اچھی طرح پیس لیں- پھر میدہ گوندھتے وقت نمک شامل کردیں اور ایک گھنٹے کے لیے میدہ کو چھوڑ دیں اس کے بعد دو پراٹھے برابر سائز کے بنائیں اور ایک کے اوپر چنے کی دال ڈال دیں اور دوسرے سے کور کردیں اور پھر اطراف سے آپس میں ملا دیں تاکہ کھل نہ جائیں اور توے پر پراٹھوں کو تل لیں- مزیدار چنے کی دال بھرے پراٹھے تیار ہیں چٹنی کے ساتھ نوش فرمائیں-

How to Make Chana Daal Ka Paratha



Ingredients You Need:
  • Split Bengal Gram: 2 cups (leftover)
  • All Purpose Flour: 4 cups
  • Water: 2 cups
  • Salt: as you like
  • Oil: as required


Method:

  • Grind split bengal gram well.
  • Knead all-purpose flour, add salt and leave for one hour.
  • Then make two same size parathas, place chana dal over one and cover from the other.
  • Press and close from sides tightly and fry on the griddle.
  • Delicious chana daal paratha are ready to serve.
  • Enjoy with chatni.
