•کالا نمک_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•کشمیری لال مرچ_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
•بیسن_____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•چاول کا آٹا_____ 2کھانے کے چمچ
•نمک_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•ادرک لہسن پیسٹ_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•پانی_____ 1-2کھانے کے چمچ
•کارن فلور_____ 3-4کھانے کے چمچ
•لیموں کا رس_____ 1چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں مونگ پھلی، چاٹ مصالحہ، کالا نمک، کشمیری لال مرچ، نمک، ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، پانی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر یں اور 10منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب بیسن، چاول کا آٹا ، کارن فلور ڈال کر کوٹ کر یں اور 5-8منٹ کے لئے سائیڈ پر کھ دیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے ہلکی درمیانی آنچ پر 6-8منٹ مونگ پھلی فرائی کر یں۔
