ترکیب:

پہلے ایک کلو گوشت میں آدھا پاودہی ، ایک کپ کریم ، دوچائے کے چمچے پپیتا ،ایک چائے نمک لگا کرفریج میں رکھ دیں۔اب ایک کپ گرم کرکے اس میں دہی لگا گوشت ڈال کر ڈھکیں ،تاکہ وہ ملائی کی طرح گل جائے ۔ اس کے بعد تیل گرم کر کے دو عدد پیاز براون کریں۔پھر اس میں دو چائے کے چمچے ادرک لہسن ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹا ہوا زیرہ ،ایک چائے اک چمچہ پسی لال مرچ ،ایک چائے کا پسا دھنیا ،آدھا چائے کا چمچہ گرم مصالحہ اور آدھا چائے کاچمچہ کالی مرچ ڈال کر بھونیں ۔اب اس میں گلا ہوا گوشت ڈال کر دس منٹ دم پر رکھیں اور آخر میں کوئلہ کا دھواں دیں ۔ملائی گوشت تیار ہے۔
