ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ دو کھانے کے چمچ
پیاز دو عدد
اُبلے اور کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر دو عدد
ہری مرچ دو عدد
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
پسا ہوا زیرہ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
پسا ہوا دھنیا ایک چائے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی جائفل جاوتری آدھا چائے کا چمچ
قصوری میتھی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کٹا ہوا ہرا دھنیا ایک چوتھائی گٹھی

ترکیب:

پہلے بکرے کی کلیجی کو چھوٹی بوٹیوں میں کاٹ لیں۔
اب کڑاہی میں تیل اور ادرک لہسن پیسٹ شامل کر دیں۔
جیسے ہی وہ تھوڑا سا پک جائے تو کلیجی شامل کرکے اتنا بھونیں کہ تمام پانی خشک ہو جائے۔
پھر اس میں پیاز، ٹماٹر، ہری مرچ، پسی لال مرچ، نمک،زیرہ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، جائفل جاوتری، قصوری میتھی اور ہلدی شامل کرکے تھوڑا سا مکس کریں۔
آدھا کپ پانی شامل کرکے ڈھک کر پکنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔
آٹھ سے دس منٹ بعد ڈھکن ہٹاکر ہرے دھنیے سے گارنش کرکے گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
