آئل 125گرام
پیاز 125گرام
ناریل(پسا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ہلدی (پسی ہوئی) ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک حسب ذائقہ
ٹماٹر 100گرام
ادرک /لہسن (پیسٹ) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
سفید زیرہ (پسا ہوا) ایک چائے کا چمچ
سرخ مرچ دو چائے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

جھینگوں کے چھلکے اتار کر انہیں اچھی طرح صاف کر لیں اور دھو کر ان میں نمک اور ہلدی لگا کر رکھ دیں اس کے بعد پیاز چھیل کر کاٹ لیں۔ پھر ایک برتن میں تیل ڈال کر اس کو چولہے پر چڑھا دیں۔ تیل گرم ہونے پر اس میں پیاز ڈال کر براؤن کر لیں اور اس میں تمام پسا ہوا مصالحہ ڈال کر ساتھ ہی جھینگے بھی ڈال دیں اور ٹماٹر بھی شامل کر لیں۔ ادرک اور لہسن کے ٹکڑے بھی ڈال دیں اور ایک کپ پانی ڈال کر درمیانی آنچ پر پکائیں۔ جب پانی خشک ہونے لگے تو دم لگا دیں اور تھوڑی دیر بعد چولہا بند کر دیں۔ لیجئے !جھینگوں کا مزید ار سالن تیار ہے۔
