½ cup Baking Cocoa (unsweetened)

4 cups Soy Milk_gid30'>Milk or RIce Milk_gid30'>Milk

How to make Hot Cocoa By Chef Fauzia

METHOD:

Combine cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir well until it dissolves (approximately 3 minutes).

Then add the soy milk or rice milk and stir constantly until piping hot (for about 3-5 minutes). Then add the vanilla extract.

Tip: Great with a shake of ground cinnamon and/or a vegan non-dairy whipped topping.
