نمک--------- حسبِ ذائقہ
مکھن------------ لگانے کے لئے
لیموں ،ٹماٹر ہری پیاز، کھیرے فرنچ فرائز ، ابلی ہوئی سبزیاں------------ سجانے +ہمرا ہ پیش کرنے کے لئے

لیمن بٹر ساس کے اجزاء
لہسن--------- (چوپ کئے ہوئے) 2چائے کے چمچے
لیموں کا رس--------- 2/1-2چائے کے چمچے
پسی ہوئی سفید مرچ-------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
نمک------- حسبِ ذائقہ
مکھن------------ 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

ساس بنانے کے لئے ساس پین میں مکھن گرم کرکے لہسن ہلکا سنہری کریں، پھر باقی ساس کے اجزاءڈالیں اور چند منٹ پکا کر پیالے میں نکال لی۔ ایک پیالے میں ادرک، لہسن ، لیموں کا رس ، کالی مرچ، سفید مرچ، پانی اور نمک ملائیں۔ اس آمیزے کو مچھلی پر لگا کر 20منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ گرل پین کو گرم کرکے چکنا کریں اور مچھلی پر مکھن اور تھوڑا سا ساس لگاتے ہوئے دونوں جانب سے سینک کر ڈش میں اُتار لیں۔ ڈش کو لیموں ، ٹماٹر ہری پیاز اور کھیرے سے سجائیں۔ اسے سبزیوں فرنچ فرائز اور باقی ساس کے ہمراہ پیش کردیں۔
