Ginger Paste 1tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp

How to make Grilled Red Snapper


• To make sauce, heat butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic.
• Add lemon juice, white pepper and salt; cook for few minutes; remove.
• Mix ginger, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, white pepper, water and salt in a bowl.
• Marinate fish with this batter; keep aside for 20 minutes.
• Heat grill pan and brush oil on it; apply butter and lemon sauce on fish filled while grilling from both sides; dish out.
