اجزاء:
ابلا اور میش کیے ہوئے فش فلے----------------- 2/1کلو
اُبلے اور چھلے آلو----------- 2عدد
نمک----------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ

کٹا لہسن---------------- 1جوا

کٹا دھنیا--------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
کٹی چھوٹی پیاز----------- 1عدد
انڈا-------------------- 1عدد
بریڈ کرمبز------------------- حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

پیالے میں 2/1کلو اُبلے فش فلے اور 2عدد ابلے آلو ڈال کر اچھی طرح کچل لیں۔ پھر اس میں 2/1چائے کا چمچہ نمک، 2/1چائے کا چمچہ نمک،2/1چائے کا چمچہ کالی مرچ ،۱یکج جوا کٹا لہسن ،2-3عدد کٹی ہری مرچ،2کھانے کے چمچے کٹا دھنیا اور ایک عددکٹی چھوٹی پیاز بھی شامل کردیں۔
اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ پھر اس آمیزے سے نگٹس بنا کر ایک عدد پھینٹے ہوئے انڈا میں ڈبو ئیں اور حسب ضرورت بریڈ کرمبز کی کوٹنگ کردیں۔
آخر میں تیار نگٹس کو گرم تیل میں فرائی کرلیں، یہاں تک کہ گولڈن براﺅن ہوجائیں۔
