Ingredients

INGREDIENTS FOR GULAB JAMUNS:
• powder Milk 1 cup
• plain flour 1/4 cup
• backing soda 1/4 tsp( not more thn dt)
• Butter un Salted 3 tbsp(melted)
• Milk as needed (for kneading)
INGREDIENTS FOR SHERA:
• Sugar 1 cup
• Water 2 cups
• illaichi 3-4

How to make Eggless Gulab Jamun

METHOD:

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND KNEAD WELL, SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINS,MAKE LONG SHAPED JAMAN (if making first time make small balls )N FRY IN OIL ON MEDIUM FLAME.... THEN MAKE SHERA AND DROP THEM IN IT.(do not add jamuns just after frying give 10-15 mins then add in sheera)
METHOD FOR SHEERA:
In water add sugar and illaichi n cook till sugar dissolve then add fried jamans in it...cover with lid for 10 mins and thn serve...
