Bread: 4 slices
Sugar: as per taste (powdered)
Dessicated Coconut: 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Egg: 1 no.
Mixed Nuts (Chopped): 1/4 cup (optional)
Oil: for frying
Milk: 1-2 tsp
How to make BREAD GULAB JAMUNS
METHOD:
Remove bread crust and crumble all slices.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Mix and knead into a soft and pliable dough do you could easily make small balls
(Use milk if dough is dry).
Make small round shape gulab jamuns.
Now fry these balls on medium flame.
As bread is cooked very quickly, you need to stir and roll them constantly.
Remove from the pan once fried well.
Roll them in dessicated coconut.
Delicious bread gulab jamuns are ready.
Serve hot and enjoy.
