Gulab Jamun - It is a simple recipe of gulab jamun that mainly made with fresh milk, kohya and baking soda. It is very easy to prepare so let try this easy homemade gulab jamun recipe at at home now and give your precious views.

Ingredients

• Sugar 2 cup
• Flour 1/2 cup
• Baking Soda 1/4 tsp
• Milk 1-2 tbsp
• Khoya 1 cup
• Water 1,1/2 cup
• Cardamom Powder 4-6
• Almonds finely chopped 4-6
• Pistachio finely chopped 1/2 tsp
• Cooking Oil for frying

How to make Shahi Gulab Jamun

Method

1) For sugar syrup:

* In a pan add water, sugar and cardamom and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

2) For Gulab Jamun:

• In a bowl mix flour, khoya, baking soda, and milk to knead and make small balls.
• Now in a pan heat oil and fry balls till it turns light brown.
• When its ready put it in sugar syrup for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Sprinkle almonds and pistachio
• NOW ITS READY TO SERVE.
