Egg - 2
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chilli -1
Ginger - 1/4 inch chopped
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves a handful
METHOD:
1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion until it is done.
2. Add the chopped green chillies, ginger and the chopped tomato and cook for few more minutes.
3. Now add the red chilli powder , turmeric and fry for a minute and add the beaten egg.
4. Mix everything together and cook until the egg is done. ( 2 to 3 min)
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
