Green Cardamoms 6
Cloves_gid309'>Cloves (laung) 6
Bay leaves (tez patta) 6
Ginger_gid29'>Ginger (adrak) paste 2 tbsp
Garlic_gid588'>Garlic (lasan) paste 2 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 2 tbsp
Yoghurt (dahi) 1 cup
Almond_gid33'>Almond paste 5 tbsp
Salt_gid22'>Salt to taste
Black pepper (kali mirch) powder 1/4 tsp /
Saffron_gid350'>Saffron a few strands
Fry Onion paste 6 tbsp
Coriander_gid28'>Coriander powder 4 tbsp

How to make Chicken Almonds Korma

METHOD:

Heat the oil in a pan; add the cinnamon sticks, green cardamoms, cloves, and bay leaves. Sauté till they turn brown.

Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, and red chilli powder and corriander powder.

Fry for a few seconds then add the yoghurt and chicken. Mix well.

Cover and cook on low heat till chicken is tender.

Add the almond paste, salt, black pepper, and saffron and fry onion paste, cook for about 5 minutes on slow heat,till well blended.

Remove the pan from the heat. garnished with whole almonds ,serve with nan or sheer mal.
