spinach 2 bunches
chickpeas 2 cups
yogurt 2 cups
onion sliced 2 large
garlic 1 tbsp
ginger 1 tbsp
fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
red chili powder 1 tbsp
turmeric 1 tsp
zeera 2 tbsp
coriander 2 tbsp
oil 1 cup
salt to taste
How to make Chana palak

METHOD:

Boil spinach in a vessel for 5 minutes and then blend it in a blender.
Now fry the onion in a separate pan till light brown.
Add ginger and garlic.
Now add all the other ingredients and cook until oil is separated from the masala.
