Bread slices 8
Khoya 250 gm
Castor sugar 1 cup
Desiccated coconut 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Almond & pistachio 100 gm
Kewra water 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Edible beaten Silver as required
How to make Bread Ka Halwa
METHOD:
Crush 8 bread slices and fry in 1 cup ghee till its color turn to golden brown.
Now add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup desiccated coconut and ½ tsp cardamom powder.
Cook for 1 minute.
Now add 250 gm khoya , also add 1 tbsp kevra water and turn the flame off.
Take out in serving dish, spread 100 gm chopped almond and pistachio. Garnish with edible beaten silver and serve.
