ہری چٹنی-------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک---------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
کٹی ہوئی کالی---------------- مرچ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک پاﺅڈر---------------- 1/4کھانے کا چمچہ
کچا پپیتا پیسٹ---------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے چوپس کولے کر اس کو ہیمرسے تھک کرلیں۔اسکے بعد ایک باﺅل میں دہی کو پھینٹ لیں اور اس میںسارے مصالحے شامل کرکے3گھنٹے کے لئے چوپس کو اس میں میرینیٹ کرلیں۔پھر چوپس کو گرل کریں اورکوئلے کی ہلکی سی بھانپ دیں۔اسکے بعد کٹی ہوئی گول پیاز اور لیموں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
