باربی کیو فوائل چانپیں

اجزاء:
بکرے کی چانپیں۔۔۔۔۔2/1 کلو
ہرا دھنیا(چوپ کیا ہوا)۔۔۔4/1 گڈی
پسی ہوئی ہلدی۔۔۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانےکا چمچہ
پسا ہوا لہسن، ادرک۔۔۔۔۔2 کھانے کے چمچے
پسا ہوا کچا پپیتا۔۔۔۔3 کھانے کے چمچے
نمک۔۔۔ حسب ذایقہ
تیل۔۔۔3 کھانے کے چمچے
سلاد پتے، ٹماٹر، پیاز، کیھرا، لیموں ۔۔۔ سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

چانپوں پر پپیتا اور نمک لگا کر 15 منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اس میں باقی تمام اجزاء ملائیں۔ المونیم فوائل کے ٹکڑوں پر ایک ایک چانپ رکھ کر اسے لپیٹ لیں۔ انگیٹھی پر کوئلے گرم کریں، اس کے اوپر جالی رکھیں اور جالی کے اوپر چانپیں رکھ دیں اور تھوڑی تھوڑی دیر کے بعد انہیں پلٹتے رہیں۔ 15 منٹ بعد چانپ کو کھول کر دیکھیں۔ اگر وہ اچھی طرح سے گل گئی ہو تو باقی چانپیں اتار لیں۔ بصورت دیگر، انہیں مزید 5 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ مزیدار چانپیں سلاد پتے، ٹماٹر، کیھرے، پیاز اور لیموں سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
