• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Meat tenderizer ¾ tsp
• Wooster shier sauce 2 tbsp
• Bread slice 1 large chopped
• Black pepper ¾ tsp
• Mustard powder ¾ tsp
• Egg 1
• Bread crumbs as required
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp

How to make Continental Fried Chops By Shireen Anwar

METHOD:

Marinate1/2 kg flatten chops with 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt, ¾ tsp Meat tenderizer, 2 tbsp Wooster shier sauce, 1 large chop Bread slice, ¾ tsp Black pepper, ¾ tsp Mustard powder, 1Egg, 2 tbsp Lemon juice then coat chops with bread crumbs and deep fry in on low flame in a frying pan.
