Chicken Boneless: 2kg
Garlic Ginger Paste-: 4 tbsp
Yogurt: half kg
Tomato: 250 grams,
Salt: to taste
Crushed Red Pepper: 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds: 1 tbsp
Whole Coriander: 1 tbsp
Nigella Sativa Seeds: 1 tbsp
Oil: 1 cup
Green Chilies: 8-10 (filled with lemon juice and all-spice powder)
METHOD:
All spices mix in chicken leave it for 2 hours.
Heat oil add tomatoes and stir then add marinated chicken. When roasting is comleted then cover it for cooking.
Add green chilles.
Now it is ready to serve.
