How To Make Mango Squash Recipe

Kachi Keri Squash


1. Roast raw mangoes covered on a griddle.

2. When they are fully softened, slit from center and using spoon, collect all the pulp in a pot.


3. Grind mango pulp and sugar with a glass of water in a grinder so that sugar is ground well.


4. Store in refrigerator in a bottle. Mango Squash is ready.


5. Add two tablespoon squash in a glass of water, mix well, put two ice cubes and enjoy the chilled raw mango squash.

Recipe of Mango Squash

Ingredients:

  1. Raw mangoes: 1/2 kg

  2. Sugar: 1/2 kg

  3. Water: 1 glass
