لال مرچ پاﺅڈر----------------- 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ
ہلدی--------------------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
کرش لہسن--------------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
نمک--------------------------- حسبِ ذوق
ہرا دھنیا----------------------- 1/2گھٹی
ٹماٹر-------------------------- 2-3عدد
ہری مرچ---------------------- 2-3عدد
کری پتہ----------------------- 6-8عدد
ثابت لال مرچ------------------ 5-6عدد
ترکیب:
دال کو بھگوئیں۔پھر اس میں نمک، مرچ، ادرک ، لہسن کا پیسٹ اور ہلدی ڈال کر پکائیں۔
جب گل جائے تو اچھی طرح گھوٹ کر دال کو پتلا کرلیں۔
گھی گرم کرکے ثابت لال مرچ کو فرائی کریں۔
پھر اس میں لہسن بھی فرائی کرلیں۔
اب سفید زیرہ،کری پتہ، باریک کٹی ہری مرچ اور ٹماٹر ڈال دیں۔
اچھی طرح مصالحہ پک جائے تو پکی ہوئی دال میں شامل کرلیں۔
ہرا دھنیا سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں۔
