پالک ۔۔ ایک کلو
میتھی ۔۔ آدھا پاؤ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ دس سے پندرہ عدد
لہسن آٹھ سے دس جوئے
کٹی ادرک ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچ
دہی کی لسی ۔۔ ایک کپ
مکئ کا آٹا ۔۔ آدھا کپ
ثابت لال مرچ ۔۔ چھ سے آٹھ عدد
دیسی گھی ۔۔ ایک کپ

مکئ کی روٹی بنانے کیلے:
مکئ کا آٹا ۔۔ دو کپ
سفید آٹا ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذوق
دیسی گھی ۔۔ حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:
سرسوں کا ساگ، پالک اور میتھی کو کاٹ کر ابلتے ہوئے پانی میں ڈال کر مکس کریں۔ اب اس میں لہسن، ہری مرچ اور نمک شامل کرکے گلنے تک پکائیں اور پھر اسے پیس لیں۔ اس کے اس میں دیسی گھی گرم کر کے اس میں ثابت لال مرچ، باریک کٹی ادرک اور پسا سرسوں کا ساگ ڈالیں اور بھونتے جائیں۔ پھر دہی کا لسی مکس کریں اور خشک ہونے پر چند کٹی ہری مرچ ڈال کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ آخر میں مکئ کی روٹی کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔

• Lehson ……..8 to 10 joy
• Kati Adrak …….4 Tb spoon
• Dahi ki lasi ……….1 Cup
• Makai ka ata …..Half cup
• Sabit lal mirch …….6 to 8 Adad
• Desi Ghee……1 Cup

• Makai ki roti banay kay liay :
• Makai ka ata …..2 cup
• Sufaid ata …..3/4 cup
• Nemak ………as tast
• Desi Ghee ….. as need

• Sarso ka saag , palak aur methi ko kat kar ubalty huay pani main dal kar mix krain.
• Ab is main lehson , hari mirch aur nemak shamil kar kay galny tak pakain aur phr isy pees lain.
• Is kay baad is main desi ghee garam kary kay is main sabit lal mirch , bareek dati adrak aur pisa sarso ka saag dalain aur bhonty jain .
• Phr dahi ki lasi mix krain aur khushk hony per chand kati hari mirch dal kr dam per rakh dain.
• Akhir main makai ki roti kay sath paish krain.

I love this and have been making it for years. It's a great way to add sarson ka saag and makki ki roti to your diet. The only thing I do that's different is add some onion to the butter since we really love the flavor it adds.
