Corn Flour: 2 cups
Plain Flour: 1 cup
Salt: as per taste
Butter or Ghee: as required
How to make Makki Ki Roti


Knead plain flour, corn flour and salt together.
Form small balls with kneaded flour and roll out like roti (flatbread).
Bask on a heated griddle.
Apply butter or ghee with a spoon.
Makki ki roti is ready.
Serve and enjoy with butter or spinach curry.

As per my knowledge, makki ki roti is made in winters as makki ka aata is only available in winter season. This is September, I will try if it's flour is available these days, I would surely try to make it in the breakfast.
