Lahori Chargha banane ka tarika



چکن پر کٹ لگائیں اب سرکہ میں لہسن،ادرک پیلا رنگ ڈال کر آدھا گھنٹے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔اب دہی میں تمام مصالحہ مکس کر کہ چکن پر لگا دیں اور آدھا گھنٹا رکھ دیں۔اب اسٹیم کر لیں کہ چکن گل جائے پھر اس چکن کو ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں ۔جب براؤن کلر آجائے تو نکال کر چاٹ مصالحہ ڈال کر پیش کریں۔

Ab Sirka main lehson , adrak , peela rang dal kar adha ghanty kay liay chor dain.
Ab dahi mian tamam masala mix kar kay chicken per laga dain aur adha ghanta rakh dain.
Ab steam kar lain k chicken gal jay phir is chicken ko deep fry kar lain.
Jb brown color a jay to nikal kar chat masala dal kr pesh krain.
