Chicken 1 kg (chhotay peIce)
Piyaz 4 adad (baarek kaat lain)
Lehsan ka paste 1 khanay ka chamcha
Adrak 50 gram
Hari mirch bareek kati hoi 6 sy 8 adad
Pisi hoi kaali mirch 1 chaye ka chamch
Safiad zeera 1 chaye ka chamach
Pisa hoa garma masala 1 chaye ka chamcha
Hara Dhaniya bareek kata hoa thora sa
Fresh Cream 1 cup
Namak ½ chaye ka chamach
Cooking Oil 1 cup

Karhaai main oil garm kar k chicken aur namak daal kar achi tarha mix kar k panch minute tak dhaanp kar pakain. Ab piyaz, lehsan, kaali mirch, zeera shaamil kar k mazeed 15 minute pakanay k baad hari mirchain daal kar bhonain. Takeh mircho ka zaiqa chicken main bas jaye. Jab chicken oil chhor day to is main fresh cream daal kar2 minute pakaain aur akhir main adrak daal kar 2 minute k liye dam per rakh kar utaar lain aur hara dhaniya chhirak kar naan aur salad k sath tanawul karian. Is dish main pani bilkul istemal nahi karna hai.

چکن--------------ایک کلو(چھوٹے پیس)
پیاز-------- 4 عدد(باریک کاٹ لیں)
لہسن کا پیسٹ-----------ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک 50 گرام-----------ہوائیاں کاٹ لیں
ہری مرچ-------------باریک کتری ہوئی 6 سے 8 عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------ایک چائے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ----------ایک چائے کا چمچ (بھون کر پیس لیں )
سا ہوا گرم مصالحہ------------ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہرا دھنیا-------------باریک کترا ہوا تھوڑا سا
فریش کریم--------------ایک کپ
نمک---------------آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کوکنگ آئل-------------ایک کپ
کڑاہی میں آئل گرم کر کے چکن اور نمک ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر کے پانچ منٹ تک ڈھانپ کر پکائیں۔ اب پیاز ، لہسن ، کالی مرچ، زیرہ شامل کر کے مزید 15 منٹ پکانے کے بعد ہری مرچیں ڈال کر بھونیں تاکہ مرچوں کا ذائقہ چکن میں بس جائے۔ جب چکن آئل چھوڑ دے تو اس میں فریش کریم ڈال کر 2 منٹ پکائیں اور آخر میں ادرک ڈال کر 2 منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ کر اُتار لیں۔ اور ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کر نان اور سلاد کے ساتھ تناول کریں۔
نوٹ:اس ڈش میں پانی بالکل استعمال نہیں کرنا ہے۔
