Potato (cube) 2
Peas 1 pao
Carrot 2
French Beans (Phali) as desired
Green Peppers (Shimla Mirch)
Cabbage
Oil
For Gravy:
Tomatoes (puree) 2
Garlic clove 4
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Chilli flakes
Salt
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Onion seed 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed 1/2 seed
Curry leave few leaves
Whole red chilli 2-3
How to make Vegetable Jalfarezi
Method
Heat oil add potato and carrot fry it.
Add capsicum, peas, cabbage, and brinjal fry more.
Cover and cook on medium flame.
For Gravy: Heta oil saute garlic add mustard seed and onion seed add tomato puree and cook for a while.
Add chilli flakes, turmeric and whole red chillies cook until oil seprates.
Put fried vegetables serve with roti.
