ہلکے پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو عدد
سوڈا ہائی کارب ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کپ
چاکلیٹ چِپ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ
وائٹ چاکلیٹ چِپ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا کپ

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں مکھن ، براو¿ن شوگر اور ونیلا ایسنس کو ملائیں ، یہاں تک کہ وہ کریمی ہوجائے ۔اب اس میں ایک ایک کر کے انڈے ڈال کر پھینٹتے جائےں ،پھر اس میں میدہ ، سوڈا ہائی کارب ،چاکلیٹ چِپ اور وائٹ چاکلیٹ چِپ شامل کر کے اچھی طرح ملائیں۔اب اس مکسچر کا ایک ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ڈالیں ، خیال رہے کہ ان کے درمیان تھوڑا فاصلہ ہو۔پھر اس مکسچر کو تھوڑا سا دبائیں اور پہلے سے گرم 180cاوون میں 12سے15منٹ تک بیک کرلیں ۔ ٹوٹون چاکلیٹ چِپ بسکٹس تیار ہیں ۔
