Thai Soup vidhi

Murgi ki yakhni 4 piyali
Lehsan pisa hoa 1 chaye ka chamcha
Namak Hasb e Zaiqa
Hari mirchain (bareek kati hoi) 6 sy 8 adad
Sirka ya Lemon ka ras 1/4 cup
Safaid mirch pisi hoi
Cheeni 1 kahnay ka chamch
Chinese namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
Corn flour 2 khanay k chamch
Cooking Oil 2 sy 3 khanay k chamch

Soup k Lawazmaat

Chicken (Ubaal kar raisha kar lain) 1 piyali
Hari piyaz 1 adad
Fried chawal adhi piyaali
Lemon ka ras ½ piyali

Banane ki tarkeeb

Yakhni banany k liye degchee main ½ kg murgi ki hadion ko 8 sy 10 piyali pani k sath itni dair ubaalain k taqreeban 4 piyali pani yakhni reh jaye. Yakhni ko baik sy mehfooz rakhny k liye main ubaal anay k baad chhoti chili hoi sabit kaali mirchain shamil kar dain. Ek elehda degchee main cooking oil ko halki anch per 2 sy 3 minute garm kar k is main lehsan ko halka sa fry karain aur yakhni daal kar ubaal anay dain.
Namak, hari mirchain, safaid mirch aur Chinese namak daal kar teen sy chaar minute par halki anch par pakaain. Corn flour ko 4 khanay k chamach pani main ghol kar k ahista ahista yakhni main daalain aur musalsal chamch chalaty rahain. Akhir main lemon ka ras shamil kar k cholahay sy utar lain.

ہری مرچیں(باریک کٹی ہوئی)۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ چھ سے آٹھ عدد
سرکہ یا لیموں کا رس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چوتھائی پیالی
سفید مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پسی ہوئی
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چائنیز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ نمک ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

یخنی بنانے کے لئے دیگچی میں آدھا کلو مرغی کی ہڈیوں کو آٹھ سے دس پیالی پانی کے ساتھ اتنی دیر ابالیں کہ تقریباًچار پیالی یخنی رہ جائے۔یخنی کو بیک سے محفوظ رکھنے کے لئے اس میں اُبال آنے کے بعدچھوٹی چھلی ہوئی ثابت کالی مرچیں شامل کردیں۔ایک علیحدہ دیگچی میں کوکنگ آئل کو ہلکی آنچ پر دو سے تین منٹ گرم کرکے اس میں لہسن کو ہلکا سا فرائی کریں اوریخنی ڈال کراُبال آنے دیں۔نمک،ہری مرچیں، سفیدمرچ، چینی اور چائنیز نمک ڈال کرتین سے چار منٹ ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں۔کارن فلار کو چار کھانے کے چمچ پانی میں گھو ل کر آہستہ آہستہ یخنی میں ڈالیں اور مسلسل چمچ چلاتے رہیں۔آخر میں لیموں کا رس شامل کرکے چولہے سے اتار لیں۔
