•پانی_____ حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں پیاز تھوڑی دیر پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر تین سے چار منٹ پکا لیں۔
پھر اس میں نمک، ہلدی اور سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ڈال کر تین سے چار منٹ پکا لیں۔
اب اس میں دال مسور اور پانی ڈال کر بیس سے پچیس منٹ پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں سبز مرچیں اور گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں، دال تیا ر ہے۔

تڑکہ:
ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں لہسن ڈال کر گولڈن ہونے دیں اور پھر ذیرہ، ثابت سرخ مرچیں، لونگ اور چِلی پاؤڈر ڈال کر پکالیں، تڑکہ تیار ہے۔
سرو کر نے کی ترکیب:
برتن کو چولہے پر گر م کرلیں اور دال ڈال کر اس پر تڑکہ ڈال دیں۔
