How to make Tandoori chicken popcorn
METHOD:
• Marinate chicken strips for at least 2 hours with the following ingredients:
2tbsp Yogurt,
1tbsp Lemon juice,
1tsp Ginger garlic paste,
1 tsp, Chili powder,
1tsp Cumin powder,
1 ½ tsp coriander powder,
1 tsp Salt and 2tbsp Tandoori masala.
• Heat oil for deep frying, dip chicken cubes in the plain flour, coating all the sides twice.
• Deep fry till crisp and golden, serve with coriander and mint chutney.
