انڈے---------------- 4عدد
مکھن---------------- 4/3کپ
ہینگ------------------ 1دانہ
رائی-------------- 2چائے کے چمچے
کری پتہ------------------ 10-12عدد
ثابت لال مرچ---------------- 6-8عدد
سفید زیرہ----------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
ٹماٹوپیوری------------------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچ
چکن اِ سٹاک----------------- 4/3کپ
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذوق
ٹماٹو کیوبز----------------- 2کپ
ہری مرچیں---------------- 5-6عدد

ترکیب:

مکھن گرم کرکے اس میں ثابت لال مرچ،ہینگ،رائی اور زیرہ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
ساتھ ہی کری پتہ بھی شامل کردیں۔ پھر اس میں ٹماٹو پیوری، نمک اور چکن اسٹاک ڈال دیں۔
اب اس میں چاول شامل کریں۔ اچھی طرح مکس ہوجائے تو اس میں باریک کٹے ٹماٹر اور ہری مرچیں ڈال کر دم پر رکھیں۔
فرنچ فرائز اور ابلے انڈوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
