1 boiled potato
1 carrot
2 cucumbers
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 cup boiled peas
½ cup mint leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp oil
How to make Sweet and Sour Vegetable Salad

METHOD:

Mix 1 chopped boil potato, 1 cup boiled peas, 1 chopped carrot, 1 cup chopped cabbage and ½ cup mint leaves in a bowl.

Mix together with 2tbsp tomato ketchup, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp oil.

Sweet and sour vegetable salad is ready to serve.
