مکھن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
تیل ۔۔ چار کھانے کے چمچے
ہری پیاز ۔۔ ایک پیالی
پیاز ۔ دو کھناے کے چمچے
کٹی کالی مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
سفید زیرہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
نمک ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
مشروم ۔۔ ایک پیالی
ٹماٹر پیسٹ ۔۔ آدھا پیالی
لال لوبیا ۔۔ آدھا کلو
مکئی کے دانے ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
سرخ شملہ ۔۔ مرچ آدھا عدد
ہری شملہ مرچ ۔۔ آدھا عدد
ہری مرچیں ۔۔ تین سے چار عدد

ترکیب:

پین میں مکھن اور تیل ڈال کر گرم کرلیں۔ پھر اس میں ہری پیاز شامل کر کے تھوڑی دیر تک بھونیں۔ اس کے پیاز شامل کر کے مزید بھنولیں۔ ان قیمہ شامل کریں اور مزید بھون لیں۔ پھر اس میں کالی مرچ، زیرہ اور نمک ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر اتنا پکائیں کہ قیمہ مکمل طور پر خشک ہوجائے۔ اسی دوران ٹماٹر پیسٹ اور مشروم شامل کر کے پکنے دیں۔ جب پک جائے تو لال لوبیا، مکئی کے دانے، سرخ شملہ مرچ، ہری مرچیںاور ہری شملہ مرچ ڈال کر پکائیں۔ اب قیمے کو بیک کئے ہوئے بریڈ کپس میں بھردیں اور اوپر سے چیز ڈال کر دوبارہ بیک کرلیں۔ اسے ریٍڈ چلی یا چلی گارلک سوس کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
